Refund policy
Dear Valued Customer,
**We do not offer refunds on any lab tests (including hair mineral analysis), consults, and written reports once you've purchased them. Keep in mind the hair analysis kit submittal form you receive is valid for up to one year in case you need to wait before submitting your hair sample. *Any hair analysis submittal forms dated beyond one year that are sent in to the lab will be subject to an adjustment fee to reflect current rates.
The supplement products that we recommended on our website have been independently studied and tested both by us and by various health care professionals. All the products featured on this website are available through our secure shopping cart.
At Evenbetternow LLC, we firmly believe in the products we sell. If you purchase any of our dietary supplement products and change your mind about using them for any reason within 30 days, and have not opened or used them, simply return unopened product along with a copy of your original invoice. We will issue you a prompt refund of your original purchase price, minus any shipping charges (if incurred), minus a *5% processing fee.
*The 5% processing fee is to cover the cost of credit card and/or PayPal fees charged to us at the time of purchase. The 5% fee also covers administrative costs of processing a refund and handling the return. As well, the 5% fee is applicable to refunds on orders that have not shipped yet (exceptions may be given too extenuating circumstances).

*Please Note: Supplement product refunds are limited to orders of $150 or less. For product orders over $150, there may be a 15% restocking fee.

Recommended When Returning a Product(s): Because we cannot issue a refund unless we receive the product back, we strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can track the package (like UPS or FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail) or has a signature required option. This way if the package gets damaged, gets lost or delivered to the wrong address, it can be traced.
