   After checkout, we send you a hair sample kit with full instructions and a submittal form via USPS Priority Mail.

2. Collect & Send the Sample
   You take a small hair sample from your dog and mail it to the lab using the included materials.

3. Receive Your Results
   Your lab report will be available to you within 2–4 weeks of placing your order, either by email attachment or through online portal access. Printed copies are available upon request.
   (International customers will receive results via First Class Mail International.)
